Tybee Barracks Description
Luxury accommodations all the charm of historic Tybee Island with the modern amenities you need just blocks from North Beach. Facing Tybee's Jaycee Park, The Barracks is a collection of 7 luxury apartments at Tybee's North Beach area. Each apartment is 1-2 well -appointed bedrooms and features marble counters in both bathrooms and kitchen, high-end stainless appliances in all 7 kitchens, all white linens on all beds for a fresh and comfortable stay. The largest unit upstairs has 3 king suites and a bunk room for children, two living areas, interior space to do gatherings of all your guests, a chef's kitchen with JennAir appliances, and a gorgeous front balcony with views over the park and historic trees.
Pool Seasonality: The Barracks Pool is open year-round. It is heated on the following date range:
October 1 – December 15
March 1 – May 30
The pool is not and will not be heated from December 15 through March 1 as the air temps are too cool to maintain an adequate swimming temp.
Flanking the building is a seasonally heated pool with travertine decking, indigenous plantings, lounging furniture, and plenty of privacy. On the other side of The Barracks is parking for up to 20 vehicles.
* Inquire about adding the adjacent "Alley at North Beach" for an additional 6 bedrooms and private pool, as well as adjacent Crawford cottage for another 3 bedrooms. This configuration allows for a total of 25 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, 2 heated pools, and parking for 30-35*
Cleaning Precautions: After each guest checks out, we have professional housekeepers clean each vacation home from top to bottom with disinfectant, wiping down all surfaces and floors. All towels and linens are professionally laundered and individually vacuumed packed until needed. When the housekeepers are complete a member of our team inspects the home, using gloves and/or disinfectant wipes, to ensure nothing was missed and restock any cleaning supplies. We strive to provide the most comfortable environment for your stay.
