Reeve Cottage Description
The Reeve Cottage is perfectly situated on Tybee's South Beach on an acre lot. As a guest, you will enjoy the fully renovated and fully furnished one bedroom one bathroom guest cottage. The guest cottage is adjacent to the main Reeve home which the family uses intermittently throughout the year. The guest cottage is very private and has all the following amenities: One parking space included, 1 minute walk to the beach, all white linens that are professionally laundered, fully furnished kitchen outfitted to cook any meals, solid surface counters, bright task lighting, Wifi, Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, ample storage space, full-sized laundry unit, pull out sleeper sofa for occasional guests, all white bath linens, starting amount of paper products, and more.
Enter the cottage through your private entrance onto the long screened in porch with fans, seating, and Tybee breezes. Through the solid wood historic door with privacy e-lock, you'll find the main living space with beautifully renovated kitchen, dining area for four, comfortable slipcovered couch, smart TV, and views onto the porch and green acre lawn. The small hallway leading off the kitchen has storage for linens, etc and leads to the full bathroom and bedroom. The Full bathroom features a stand-up fully tiled shower with glass enclosure, toilet, and vanity with solid surface counter and storage. There is nice bright lighting in the bathroom for getting ready for the day. A wide head-height window adds natural lighting and ventilation.
Off the hallway across from the bathroom, the light and bright bedroom features a queen bed, two dressers, a spacious closet, the full-sized washer and dryer stack, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The windows look out onto the porch and to the landscaped acre lawn.
